Smart connectivity: The microScan3 offers safe integration into numerous control systems, including EtherNet/IP CIP Safety, PROFINET PROFIsafe, I/O, and now, EtherCAT FSoE. It is the world's first safety laser scanner with  Fail Safe over EtherCAT (FSoE) integration. Configuration and diagnostics can be managed directly from the safety laser scanner or centrally through the industrial network.
